Dehydrated pineapple & lime slices with cherry
How to make:
SHAKE first 7 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda and lightly stir.
|1 1/3 fl oz||Patrón Silver blanco tequila|
|1/3 fl oz||Cherry Heering Liqueur|
|5/6 fl oz||Lime juice (freshly squeezed)|
|2/3 fl oz||Pineapple sugar syrup|
|2 dash||Angostura Aromatic Bitters|
|2 dash||Bob's Chocolate bitters|
|2/3 fl oz||Pasteurised egg white|
|Top up with||Thomas Henry Soda Water|
