How to make:
SHAKE first 7 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda and lightly stir.
1 1/3 fl oz | Patrón Silver blanco tequila |
1/3 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
5/6 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
2/3 fl oz | Pineapple sugar syrup |
2 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
2 dash | Chocolate bitters |
2/3 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |
Top up with | Thomas Henry Soda Water |
