| 1 1/3 fl oz | Blanco tequila |
| 1/3 fl oz | Cherry (brandy) liqueur |
| 5/6 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 2/3 fl oz | Monin Pineapple Syrup |
| 2 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
| 2 dash | Bob's Chocolate bitters |
| 2/3 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) or Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |
| Top up with | Thomas Henry Soda Water |
Garnish: Dehydrated pineapple & lime slices with cherry
How to make
Glassware
Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)
Method:
SHAKE first 7 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda and lightly stir.
