1 5⁄6 oz | Bacardi Gold rum |
1 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
2⁄3 oz | Jasmine tea sugar syrup |
1⁄4 oz | Strucchi Red Bitter (Campari-style liqueur) |
1⁄2 oz | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
Garnish: Grapefruit zest twist
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE without ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
