Garnish:
Dehydrated pineapple chip
How to make:
Place white rum, watermelon, and pineapple in a shaker and hand blend for 5-10 seconds. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with beer.
2 fl oz | Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum |
1/2 fl oz | Maple syrup |
3 wedge | Watermelon (fresh) |
3 wedge | Pineapple (fresh) |
1/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1 1/2 fl oz | Pilsner lager |
