Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum
12 oz Maple syrup
3 wedge Watermelon (fresh)
3 wedge Pineapple (fresh)
14 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 12 oz Pilsner lager
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Dehydrated pineapple chip

How to make:

Place white rum, watermelon, and pineapple in a shaker and hand blend for 5-10 seconds. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with beer.

Many call a hand blender a "stick blender", and this is used to blend ingredients inside the shaker tin.
