Ingredients:
1 oz Dark/black/blackstrap rum
12 oz Navy rum (ideally 54.5% alc./vol.)
1 oz Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur
1 oz Single cream/half-and-half
14 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Vegan egg white replacement

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
  4. DRY SHAKE (without ice).
  5. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with dusting of nutmeg grated over cocktail.

Very interesting cocktail and good for a winter evening. I do feel it is missing something, but has a lot of potential. Will work on this to create a variation. Spiced rum or pimento dram? Creme de cocoa? Some 151 rum? Will experiment.
