How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice fine strain into chilled glass.
|1 2/3 fl oz||Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum|
|5/6 fl oz||Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)|
|2/3 fl oz||Pomegranate juice|
|1/2 fl oz||Giffard Orgeat Syrup|
|1/6 fl oz||Pasteurised egg white|
