I also think, dear friends, that yet another cocktail proposed by Our Maestro deserves a rating higher than 4 stars. I'm not a professional, and I used ordinary ingredients for almost 4 liters in total: Jose Cuervo Reposado Tequila, Bols Triple Sec, Fabbri Passion Fruit Syrup, and Luxardo Aperitivo, with everything else without any transgressions. I'll just say that at the Easter lunch with 14 guests (men and women aged 84 to 24), not a single voice dissented in praise.

Made with passion fruit liqueur and a bit of straight syrup instead. Very nice.

Since all who rated this so far gave it a 5 as opposed to Simons 4...
I have a strong suspicion Simon used a sub par tequila when creating this 😂
