Lime pastille with allspice
How to make:
MUDDLE allspice and pineapple in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, shake with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
|3 wedge||Pineapple (fresh)|
|1⁄2 spoon||Ground allspice|
|2 fl oz||Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum|
|1⁄3 fl oz||Freshly squeezed lime juice|
|1⁄2 fl oz||Salted caramel syrup|
