Garnish: Lime pastille with allspice

Method:

MUDDLE allspice and pineapple in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, shake with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Excellent cocktail and not very sweet as the caramel syrup would suggest. It even has some bitter notes from the allspice. #Simon: Give this cocktail a try ;-).
