Glass:

Serve in a Copper mug or Collins glass

Ingredients:
1 fresh Strawberries (hulled, small & ripe)
4 fresh Basil leaves
2 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
12 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3 fl oz Thomas Henry Ginger Beer chilled
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COPPER MUG OR COLLINS GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of basil leaf.

How to make:

  1. MUDDLE strawberry and basil in base of shaker.
  2. ADD limoncello and lemon juice.
  3. SHAKE with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass/mug.
  5. TOP with ginger beer.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with basil sprig bouquet.
