How to make:

Rinse chilled glass with sherry and set aside. STIR other ingredients with ice and fine strain into pre-rinsed glass.

1/6 fl oz Palo cortado sherry
3 fresh Fresh dill
1 1/3 fl oz Tennesse whiskey
1/3 fl oz Peach aperitif liqueur
1/3 fl oz Maple syrup
1/6 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
