Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
35 ml Bols Cherry Brandy Liqueur
30 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
60 ml Pomelo juice
5 ml Martini Extra Dry vermouth
30 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Egg white (albumin) powder/Meringue powder
