How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
Special ingredient #1: Camomile syrup
Make camomile tea and mix with equal parts caster sugar. Allow to cool, bottle and store in the refrigerator.
1 2/3 fl oz | Bacardi Carta Oro |
5/6 fl oz | Full-bodied sweet vermouth (e.g. Antica Formula) |
1/3 fl oz | *Special ingredient #1 (see above) |
8 drop | Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters |
