1⁄3 oz | Rosé/rosato vermouth |
2⁄3 oz | Lapponia Lakka Cloudberry |
1⁄3 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
2 barspoon | Caster/ Superfine/Baker's special sugar (white) |
1 slice | Orange peel |
Garnish: Grapefruit, bear grass, sweet potato & white radish
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
