Glass:

Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 13 fl oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
13 fl oz Rosé/rosato vermouth
23 fl oz Lapponia Lakka Cloudberry Liqueur
13 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 barspoon Superfine/Caster/Baker's special sugar (white)
1 slice Orange peel
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist, sweet potato and white radish.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.
  2. Garnish with sweet potato and white radish.

Estonian Bacardí Legacy 2014 winning cocktail created by Angelika Larkina, Estonian Bartenders Association Training Center Manager, Estonia.

The inspiration for my cocktail is an Estonian woman. Her beauty, her nature and her spark, all of which I've tried to bring out in my cocktail. Terviseks!
