Serve in a Coupe glass
1 gram | Cinnamon stick |
1 2⁄3 oz | Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum |
1⁄2 oz | Elderflower liqueur |
1⁄3 oz | Monin Grenadine Syrup |
7 drop | Antésite anise |
7 drop | Old-fashioned / old time bitters |
Garnish: Chocolate rim
MUDDLE 1 gram of cinnamon and in base of glass. Add rum and leave to infuse for 3 minutes before adding other ingredients. SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
