2⁄3 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1⁄3 oz | White crème de cacao liqueur |
1⁄6 oz | Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur) |
1⁄6 oz | Yellow Chartreuse (or génépy liqueur) |
1⁄2 oz | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
Garnish: Mint sprig
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
