Review:
“This drink was inspired by the great classic sours such as the ‘Mulata’, ‘Daisy de Santiago’, ‘The Last Word’ & ‘20th Century Cocktail’.
The name and story draw from the species of bat that lived in the rafters of Don Facundo’s first distillery and inspired the BACARDÍ bat logo, a symbol of family, prosperity and health.”
