How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Special ingredient #1: handmade maui base (taken from a six-hours cold-macerated paste made from lime and chilli demerara sugar)

1/2 fl oz	Bacardi Carta Negra Superior
1/2 fl oz	Chairman's Reserve Spiced Rum
1 1/3 fl oz	Pineapple juice (fresh pressed)
1 ¹⁄₂ spoon	Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
