The British Bacardí Legacy 2013 winning cocktail winning drink created by Chris Moore at The American Bar in The Savoy Hotel, London, England. Chis say, "For me, Cuba is the enchanted isle. I took my inspiration from Cuba in the 1920s when Americans were invited to visit as. In particular, high society circles came over and this had a knock-on effect on society in general.
