Serve in

a Snifter glass...
fl oz Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum
fl oz Bacardi Carta Negra
1 fl oz Espresso coffee (freshly made & hot)
½ fl oz Cognac
2 spoon Caster sugar

How to make:

POUR BACARDÍ Carta Blanca to glass and swirl to coat. POUR the rum from the glass into shaker and set glass aside. Add other ingredients to shaker, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into rum rinsed glass (no ice in glass).

Garnish:

Cardamom pod
