South African Bacardí Legacy 2013 winning cocktail created by Nick Koumbarakis of Cape Town, South Africa.
The Tourist is a drink dedicated to the bartenders of today, drawing inspiration from several elements. Firstly, fresh roasted El Salvador coffee beans evoke an aroma, a memory of my father drinking strong black coffee whilst reading the local paper, strong in character, of family value and integrity - likened to that of founder Don Facundo Bacardí Masso. Sweet vermouth, amaretto, cardamom and saffron, ingredients that spark adventure and uncertainty and the hope of something more, something brave - Bacardí Carta Blanca brings these complex ingredients together.

Very nice, one of the few coffee cocktails I tried that tasted of what coffee actually smells.
After doing some research I've discovered there are A LOT of steps missing from the instructions.
I found the full instructions here: http://media.wix.com/ugd//4ae479_54426439f342be34c166cff4c9fd7f78.pdf
