1⁄2 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
1⁄2 oz | Passion fruit juice |
1⁄3 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1⁄6 oz | Orange blossom water / Orange flower water |
2 pinch | Saffron fronds |
Garnish: Orange zest twist
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
