4 slice | Fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice) |
1 1⁄2 oz | Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum |
1⁄3 oz | Pallini Limoncello liqueur |
1⁄2 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
1⁄2 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1 dash | Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |
Garnish: Ginger slices
MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
