Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Bols Elderflower Liqueur
30 ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin
7.5 ml Martini Extra Dry vermouth
30 ml Semi-rich simple syrup (1.5 sugar to 1 water)
30 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
40 ml Egg white (albumin) powder/Meringue powder
5 cube Ice cubes
