| 30 ml | Tanqueray London Dry Gin |
| 7.5 ml | Martini Extra Dry vermouth |
| 30 ml | Semi-rich simple syrup (1.5 sugar to 1 water) |
| 30 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 40 ml | Egg white (albumin) powder/Meringue powder |
| 5 cube | Ice cubes |
