Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
7 fresh Mint leaves
60 ml Hernö Dry Gin
30 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
20 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
5 ml Monin Grenadine Syrup
1 Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water
