Serve in a Sour or Martini/Coupette glass
| 30 ml | Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal |
| 25 ml | Caribbean blended rum aged 3-5 years |
| 20 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 22.5 ml | Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) |
| 7.5 ml | Monin Ginger Syrup |
| 20 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |
| 2 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
