Serve in a Zombie or Collins glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Sherry
7.5 ml Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur)
22.5 ml Hayman's Navy Strength Royal Dock Gin
30 ml Celery juice (freshly extracted)
15 ml Velvet Falernum
22.5 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
