Garnish:
3 drops olive oil
How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.

| 1/3 fl oz | Amontillado sherry |
| 1/6 fl oz | White crème de cacao liqueur |
| 2 dash | Absinthe verte |
| 1 dash | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |

History:
The winning Bacardí Legacy 2017 cocktail, created by Ran Van Ongevalle at The Pharmacy I Knokke, Heist, Belgium.
