| 3 drop | Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s |
Your chili, how thick your slice, and whether you remove the seeds, will all impact how spicy your Cucumber Martini is. I like mine, seeds-in spicy. The first few sips may be too much, but once you acclimatise, the chili heat becomes alluring.
