3 oz Fiol Extra Dry Prosecco

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Wine glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of 3 skewered Fragata Green Olives.
  3. POUR ingredients into ice-filled glass.
  4. STIR.
  5. Garnish with skewered olives.

2:1 is far too much Italicus for my taste, but 8:1 or so helps make cheaper sparkling wines very interesting

Yes agree, italicus is quite sweet. I put less and it’s easy drinking
