Strength 8/10

Dry/sour
Sweet to sour 5/10

Review:

Sloe gin is the 'Slow', Sothern Comfort is the 'Comfortable', vodka and orange juice are the 'Screw' (as in Screwdriver), ice is the 'Cold', overproof rum the 'Hard' and Galliano the 'Wall' (as in Harvey Wallbanger). The result is a much better drink than the sleazy name might suggest, at least it is when freshly squeezed orange juice is used.

Enjoyable drink. I would probably use a overproof Navy Rum as I found the white rum was a bit lost. Never had in the 1970s, but did enjoy. It does improve with dilution from the ice and loses some of its sweetness.
