Serve in a Sour or Martini/Coupette glass

Ingredients:
1 ¹⁄₂ oz	Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
¹⁄₂ oz	Rosé/rosato vermouth
1 oz	*Special ingredient #1 (see above)
3 dash	Bob's Grapefruit Bitters

Garnish: Warm vanilla & orange foam, freshly grated nutmeg

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. Special ingredient #1: Salted pineapple cordial

“I’m really interested in human emotion. It was the first thing I wanted to manifest through my tattoos.
