Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
13 oz Dark crème de cacao liqueur
13 oz Dutch Cacao white crème de cacao
13 oz Giffard Peppermint Pastille crème de menthe
34 oz Single cream/half-and-half
12 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
1 dash Chocolate bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of dust with chocolate powder & float mint leaf.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Not a Cognac fan so went with an Anejo and Dry / Wet shake and definitely an After Eight riff here though I think I prefer the more chocolate flavour of the Tequila Alexander

The grape from the Cognac doesnt really go well with the rest of the flavors, rum of vodka would be more appropriate, but then it wouldnt be an Alexander.

There’s egg white in the list of ingredients, so wondering if DRY SHAKING should be added to the instructions.
