Ingredients:
1 13 oz Spiced gin
56 oz Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Salers etc)
56 oz Peach aperitif liqueur
2 dash Boston Bittahs bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of chamomile flower pegged to rim or lemon zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

History:

Created in 2017 by Joe Macbeth at 400 Rabbits, Nottingham, England. Joe says of his drink, "A nod to Americana and the Robert Frost poem from which it derives its name. A bittersweet dedication to all those who wistfully regret bygone decisions and ponder a life where the grass is greener."

Joe's original recipe calls for: 40 ml Few Spiced American Gin, 25 ml Suze, 25 ml Rinquinquin and 2 dash Chamomile bitters.
