How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled coupe.

Special ingredient #1: Cucumber skin cordial
Special ingredient #2: Pickling liquor

1 13 fl oz Jack Daniel's Old No.7 Brand
12 fl oz Martini Riserva Speciale Ambrato (smoked)
56 fl oz *Special ingredient #1 (see below)
1 dash *Special ingredient #2 (see below)
1 dash Peychaud's Bitters
1 fl oz Pasteurised egg white
