How to make:
Method: Firstly, infuse Tennessee whiskey with mint stems. STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.

Adapted from a cocktail created in November 2017 by Tatjana Titimova at Épernay Bar in Manchester, England, for Jack Daniel's Tennessee Calling competition. Tatjana's original recipe:
50 ml mint sprig infused Jack Daniel's Tennessee whiskey
15 ml Homemade sparkling wine cordial
5 ml Cynar artichoke amaro
1 dash Absinthe
1 dash Peychaud's bitters
Alcohol content:
- 1.3 standard drinks
- 26.54% alc./vol. (53.08° proof)
- 18.1 grams of pure alcohol
