How to make:
SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with prosecco.
Special ingredient #1: Pineapple & clove syrup (1 litre hot water / 1 kg sugar / 5-6 smashed cloves / peeled pineapple in cubes)
1 2/3 fl oz | Bacardi 8 year old rum |
2/3 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
2/3 fl oz | Pineapple juice (freshly extracted/pressed/squeezed) |
1/6 fl oz | Banana (yellow) sugar syrup |
2/3 fl oz | *Special ingredient #1 (see above) |
Top up with | Prosecco sparkling wine |
