Garnish:
Lemon, thyme and pepper citrus salt rim (made by combining 2 tablespoons salt, ½ teaspoon dried thyme, and a twist of black pepper with the zest of half a lemon). Finish with thyme sprig pushed into cherry tomato.
How to make:
MUDDLE tomato in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with and fine strain into chilled rimmed glass.
