SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

1 12 fl oz Caorunn Gin
34 fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
14 fl oz Homemade apple cider syrup (2:1)
1 dash Highland single malt scotch whisky
2 dash Teapot bitters
