How to make:
STIR first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. TOP with cider.
Special ingredient #1: Homemade apple cordial: 50ml apple syrup (e.g. Monin) and dissolve 5g malic acid in it.
1 2/3 fl oz | Caorunn Gin |
1/2 fl oz | *Special ingredient #1 (see above) |
1/3 fl oz | Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Salers etc) |
1/6 fl oz | Giffard Menthe Pastille white crème de menthe |
2 2/3 fl oz | Dry cider |
