Dehydrated apple cut around the 5 seedplaces.
How to make:
MUDDLE olives in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
Special ingredient #1: Soft apple citric acid (70ml 100% apple juice, 30ml / 1oz filtered water, 7g of citric acid)

1 2/3 fl oz | Caorunn Gin |
1/2 fl oz | Bénédictine D.O.M. liqueur |
2/3 fl oz | *Special ingredient #1 (see above) |
1/6 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
