fl oz Caorunn Small Batch Scottish Gin
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ fl oz Honey water (1:1)
½ fl oz Homemade ginger juice syrup (1:1)
fl oz Fernet Branca digestive bitter liqueur
fl oz Medium dry apple cider

How to make:

SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with cider.
