Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)
| 1 1⁄2 oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
| 1 oz | Amaro Montenegro |
| 3⁄4 oz | Bénédictine D.O.M. liqueur |
| 8 drop | Bob's Grapefruit Bitters |
| 2 oz | Thomas Henry Tonic Water chilled |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Highball (max 10oz/300ml) glass.
- Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
- STIR first 4 ingredients with ice.
- POUR tonic water over the cocktail in your stirring glass/tin.
- STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
