23 fl oz Berentzen Apple Schnapps
56 fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
13 fl oz Monin Apple Syrup
23 fl oz Pasteurised egg white

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain tinto chilled glass.

Garnish:

Sugar crust rim, lemon zest twist (discard) & dehydrated apple slice
