How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a chunk of block ice).

|3 1⁄3 fl oz||Pressed apple juice|
|5 fresh||Mint leaves|
|1 fl oz||Freshly squeezed lemon juice|
|1⁄2 fl oz||Raw runny honey (preferably orange blossom)|
