Glassware

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

Method

SHAKE first 2 ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
TOP with prosecco.

Based on some of the comments I reduced my (De Kuyper) blue curacao by half. It was really great.

Well we made it again and in the right glassware it looks amazing, we need to drink more Blue

We tried this, but the picture doesn't match up with the recipe - we also didn't shake up the prosecco in with the other two! It was interesting, but the complexity of the Strega got a bit dominated by the blue curaçao.

Your brand of blue curacao will dramatically affect colour. e.g. De Kuyper is a deeper blue than Bols. Thanks for spotting the error in "How to make" - now corrected.
