How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
| 1 1/2 fl oz | Bison grass vodka |
| 2/3 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1/2 fl oz | Passion fruit syrup |
| 1/2 fl oz | Apple juice (cloudy & unsweetened) |
| 1/6 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
| 1/2 fl oz | Pasteurised egg white or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |
| 3 dash | La Fée Parisienne absinthe |
