a Coupe glass...
1⅔ fl oz Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum (37.5%)
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
fl oz Sugar-free sweetener
fl oz Chilled water (omit if using wet ice)

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Lime wedge on rim

Comment:

Light and delicate, and not overly citrusy so allowing the rum to shine. And it’s sugar-free! At least it is if you choose your rum carefully.
