| 2 1⁄2 oz | Rooibos tea (cold) |
| 1⁄3 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
| 0.08 oz | Yellow Chartreuse (or génépy liqueur) |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Wine glass.
- Prepare garnish of no garnish required.
- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
