Ingredients:
1 23 oz Irish whiskey
2 12 oz Rooibos tea (cold)
13 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
0.08 oz Yellow Chartreuse (or génépy liqueur)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Wine glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of no garnish required.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Am I crazy, or does this have an unmistakably ice cream flavor to it? Vanilla, or butter pecan, or even a mint chocolate??. I can't decide which... The rooibos is very much present, but just wonderfully balanced with the other ingredients. (12 Aug 2023, 1:11p)
