History

Created in 2018 for Bacardí Legacy by Jenna Hemsworth at Restaurant Hubert in Sydney, Australia. Jenna says, "The inspiration behind The Monarch project was to champion the women of the industry - who too often go overlooked and underappreciated. Trailblazers in their field just like the Bacardi family - in particular, Amalia Moreau who influenced the foundation of the brand - inspired me to create an army of strong women to help spread my message, my cocktail and my legacy."

Very interesting, but I didn't find it good balanced. Less basil and more mandarin juice improved it. Maybe it would be a good idea to lift Bacardi and Benedictine?

I can’t believe I’m the first to review this but I won’t be the last. Tart and tasty. If you have a juicer juice the citrus fruit whole - it adds a background bitterness that works well

Thanks Sally. Reading your comment I noticed some stray copy on the page. Now fixed. Next time i have mandarins I'll be sure to try.
