Serve in a Coupe glass
1 1⁄2 oz | Bacardi 4 year old gold rum |
0.42 oz | Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur |
1⁄3 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1⁄3 oz | *Special ingredient #1 (see above) |
3 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
1⁄6 oz | Condensed milk |
Garnish: Lemon zest twist
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. Special ingredient #1: Homemade peppermint syrup (1 litre boiling water, 5 peppermint tea bags and 1kg caster sugar)
