1 1⁄2 oz | Bacardi 8 year old rum |
1⁄3 oz | Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac |
1⁄2 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
2⁄3 oz | Lime oleo saccharum |
1⁄3 oz | *Special ingredient #1 (see above) |
3 drop | Bob's Liquorice bitters |
Garnish: Liquorice root stick
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. Special ingredient #1: Homemade vegetable stock (250ml vegetable stock infused with celery, carrots and 500g sugar in water for 20 minutes)
