How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
Special ingredient #1: Homemade vegetable stock (250ml vegetable stock infused with celery, carrots and 500g sugar in water for 20 minutes)
|1 1⁄2 fl oz||Bacardi 8 year old rum|
|1⁄3 fl oz||Cognac VSOP|
|1⁄2 fl oz||Freshly squeezed lime juice|
|2⁄3 fl oz||Lime oleo saccharum|
|1⁄3 fl oz||*Special ingredient #1 (see above)|
|3 drop||Bob's Liquorice bitters|
