How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Special ingredient #1: Homemade vegetable stock (250ml vegetable stock infused with celery, carrots and 500g sugar in water for 20 minutes)

1 12 fl oz Bacardi 8 year old rum
13 fl oz Cognac VSOP
12 fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
23 fl oz Lime oleo saccharum
13 fl oz *Special ingredient #1 (see above)
3 drop Bob's Liquorice bitters
